Hey there Have a brand new house and looking for two roomies over the summer and beyond. Located in Tugun its based in the PARC complex close to the airport and a 10min walk to the beach and shops. The complex has a steam room two BBQ areas and two swimming pools ( one lap pool and a chill out pool). I have two rooms which share the common bathroom both rooms have built-ins and celing fans and are unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished. Fridge and Washer/Dryer 7 seat couch TV Wii … I work shift work so am mainly away at nights on weekends. Not really a party house but dont mind the social drinks ..
