I am looking for a tidy housemate to rent a room for at least 6 months. The room resides in a 2 storey 3 bedroom practically brandnew town house. Currently living in the townhouse is myself and another 23 year old female. I have 1 dog who is a small Tibetan spaniel. The house is situated next to the John Flynn hospital and is in a quiet area.
