Hi there :)My names Karly i have been living in this beautiful large apartment since January. I recently renewed my lease with my flatmate though she has decided to move back to Sydney. My lease is valid until the 21st of Dec. So im wanting someone to move in and take over her part of the lease. She will stay on the lease for the right person to save you from paying bond otherwise we will need to put you on and bond will be negotiable. (also bills are are not included in the rent)This place is beautiful and modern. The complex has a suana 2 pools and a function room and BBQ area. (you can hire the room out for events). The unit has 3 bedrooms though i would rather only 1 other person to live with you can choose to fill the 3rd room if you want it as an office etc. The house is fully furnished though you will need your own bedroom stuff.This is not a party house just to be clear. Im 26yrs old im well past that stage thanks!A little about me. Im a female shift worker. I work for an airline so i will be up as early as 3am some mornings so i usually sleep during the day or go to be at like a nanna at 8pm. I usually work weekends.So i really dont want to live with a loud person that needs to have people over constantly.
