I am looking for someone to share my 3 bedroom townhouse. It’s located in the “PARC” Tugun. This is a 3 bedroom townhouse and I am looking at renting out one room. The the 3rd bedroom is. Study/spare room. The complex has a 25m lap pool, spa, steam room, barbecue area with kitchen and media room. 5 mins to the beach and close to shops and public transport. With the room I’m renting you will have your own bathroom with large shower and bath.

The rent is 215 per week and will require 2 weeks in advance plus bond $600

The room it’s self is unfurnished however the rest of the house is furnished. I also have a mini gym set up in the garage u are welcome to use.

Gas, electricity and water utilities will be shared and come in 3 monthly.
