Hello I have a room in 3 bedroom and large – ish living room/kitchen apartment with balcony (complex has 4 units) in Tugun. Undercover basement parking. 2 weeks bond is needed. There are two options depending on your preferences; as there is three rooms and i am the only other one living there at the moment you can have the choice of 2 rooms. (1) master bedroom large furnished and heaps of storage space with en suite bathroom – $200 P/W(2) double bedroom furnished with inbuilt cupboards and use of the second bathroom/toilet – $140 p/w Also will include shared use of a guest room the 3rd bedroomBuilding overlooks park and borders wildlfie sanctuary and is about 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to the best surf spots on the coast.The unit is furnished and i unfortunately do not have much for furniture. We can work something out if you want to bring own bed. The beds that is here is quite comfy tho you wont be disappointed. Would suit someone who does not have much in the way of furniture.We do not have phone or internet i just use wireless broadband. Power in not included ( $50 to $100 per quarter) and water is billed every 6 monthsSharing with me; Im doing law degree at Bond Uni (i dont think im a wanker much..) and work at a bottle shop (remaining nameless). I dont think i am around the house often and it is a fairly big place so there will be plenty of space. I would consider myself quite considerate and have shared housed both here and overseas and am used to the company and consider myself easy to live with. ; ) I have a few rules here and there but not to jerk proportionsWould prefer someone between 20 and 35 in age and gender does not matter. also would prefer some one who is interested in hanging around for at least 3 months. come and check it out – get in touch
