Hi Im looking to rent 3 bedrooms in the house and a 2 bed room granny flat on the same property. Single rooms are $150 each per week and the flat is $300 per week. The house has a big pool three living areas one bathroom a kitchen bbq area and is mainly furnished. The granny flat has a kitchen living area one bathroom 2 bedrooms and small balcony overlooking the back yard. Currently there are two renters (28 and 21) living on the property one in the main bedroom and one in another granny flat. They are very easy to get along with and are clean and tidy. Renters must love animals as there are a few on the property. =) Plenty of space to move around and lots of car parking. Looking for younger people between the age of 18 and 30 non-smokers who enjoy living with others. Great place to live if you just want some quiet.
