A quite house mate is required to share my house at Tallai. The house is modest 3 bedroom 2 bathroom set on a very private and peaceful 3 acres. The kitchen/living and dining area is air conditioned.The room that is available has a large builtin robe with heaps os storage ceiling fan blinds new carpets and is located at the back of the house.All ammenties are fairly close and Robina Town Centre is only a short drive away as to is Burleigh beach.I live here by myself and am currently renovating the house – so beware there will be noise and mess from time to time.The suitable applicant must be gainfully employed (or studying full time) have own transport and repectfull.The length of tenancy is negioatble for the right applicant – min three months
