My housemate wasn’t enjoying Surfers and decided to move closer to Brisbane..
So I have a spare room to rent out!

It’s a top floor (level 4) apartment in a block of only 24 apartments.
2 bedroom, balcony, mostly furnished.
Your room needs a bed, that’s it! So you can bring your own bed, or we can grab one of the single ensembles from storage down stairs if you need!
Your room has security fly screens so nice breeze, a fan on roof, and built in robe, shelves and hanging space.
We have on site management, a pool and an awesome spa!
Foxtel is also included free in the lounge room!

$175 a week is a bargain , beach is literally across the road and it’s a 10/15 min stroll to Cavill Ave & the clubs!
There’s also off street and undercover parking!
Also deposit of $350(pp) required in stead of bond.
(However as my previous housemate paid it, and I’ve paid her back, we can negotiate payment if you’re strapped for cash)

I’m a 24 year old man child who moved up from Hobart recently.
Currently studying part time and working in a call centre 3-8 Mon-Fri.
I like the common shared areas to be clean/tidy, after use.. but your room is yours, do what you want!
(If you smoke, has to be on balcony as per lease agreement).
I like the night life occasionally, but am getting over clubbing .. Still enjoy a cider in the spa or some scotch on the weekends!
Currently working on a new diet for lifestyle change, but that doesn’t mean I won’t let bad foods in the house; do what you want!
Bit or a nerd; sometimes I like sitting down for half an hour to read, play Xbox, or kick back with a marathon of Buffy, SG1 or X Files on a Friday night!

I’m pretty easy going, and love exploring new places, so bonus points if you’re a local who wants to adventure with me and show me around or new to area and want to explore.. I’m dying to go to theme parks lol..
