I?Tve a room available in a beachfront town house in a great location in Surfers. You will have your own room which is of a good size and features a queen bed, build-in robe, bedside tables with lamps, a practical large open cabinet and a ceiling fan. Big window allows plenty of natural light and as a bonus you?Tve got your own door to the balcony.

This beautiful 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment is freshly painted and equipped with ceiling fans. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer and in the kitchen we?Tve got a dishwasher too. There is also a balcony with ocean view, pool and an under cover car space available. It?Ts just a short walk to the transport as well as to the heart of Surfers with all the shops, restaurants and night life. And the fabulous beach is just across the road!

You will share the apartment with me – I?Tm an overseas male student in his late twenties studying at an English language college. I consider myself to be a clean and tidy, friendly, positive, outgoing, active and respectful, almost mature , fun and surfing loving person. I like to have a chat, to watch a movie, to have a glass of beer or similar liquid or to go out every now and then. Would prefer someone of a similar nature, in the ideal case an English native speaker to be able to improve my terrible English I’m looking for someone who will socialize and who is a fun person.

The rent is $175/week + the electricity bill will be split equally between both flatmates. Bond is 3 weeks rent. The room is officially available from the 3rd April. However, earlier date is also possible. It is a non-smoking apartment but smoking might be considered on the balcony.
