Hi there I am looking for someone to take over half the lease for the 2nd bedroom for a minimun of 6 months (the bond will be $1200 and needs to get checks from the Real Estate). Its a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit situated half way between Surfers and Broadbeach and 1 street back from the beach which is very handy in Summer! The unit has fans throughout and also air con in the lounge. There is a pool and also a small BBQ area for tenants to use. There is also a lift in the unit block. You will have your own bathroom and will also get the secure undercover carspace. I am looking for someone social but someone who wont have the music blaring at 1am over the weekend as it is a quiet unit block and its more of a home instead of a party place. But do enjoy having people over for dinner drinks and all that stuff
