The room is at Surfers Plaza Resort in Surfers Paradise. There is a swimming pool,Sauna and BBQ area offered to all tenants of this resort. It is walkable to various bus stops to Griffith, Seaworld, Nerang,etc. There are many convenient and grocery stores in the location which are again at a 5 minute walking distance. It is also walkable to several restaurants and nightclubs of Surfers Paradise.

The rent includes all electric appliances(washing machine,dryer,toaster) plus water,electricty,internet plus Foxtel pay TV. The unit has 2 rooms one of which is occupied by a couple. The shared room has 2 single beds,one of which is currently being occupied by a male(26 years old/studying).
