I have a room for rent in my place, i bought it a few months ago and have recently put down new carpet and repainted through out. The unit is fully furnished minus the room available. you get your own bathroom and under ground security carpark.

Its on the 3rd floor Facing North with the balcony getting Sun all day everyday. Ocean views, pool and tennis court in the complex.

Im 26, born and bred on the Gold Coast and i love it. Im past the big parties and late night clubbing, but still love to entertain and have a drink. Im easy going, chilled and a bit of a workaholic.
