About the room:
The room is large, fully furnished, and has great water views.The building has 4 pools, 2 tennis courts, squash court, 2 saunas, 4 BBQ areas and is ocated right on the beach. 11 mins walk from Cavill Ave and 20 m walk to broadbeach.

About you:
You ideally like to have a laugh and dont take things too seriously. The room comes with a bed and builtins. We like to hang out with our flatmates and have a happy home! If you like to exercise and socialise you will be a perfect fit.
