Looking for a cool new roomie to fill a spot in our apt, preferably someone in their 20′s, international students welcome. Male or Female – doesnt matter.

You’ll be sharing the apt with 2 French girls, 1 French guy and 1 Australian dude. All in their early 20′s and studying/working.

The property is located directly on the beach on Old Burleigh Rd right inbetween
Surfers and Broadbeach. Its about a 10 min walk to either. The apt is extremely spacious.

The current lease expires mid July, with the option to extend.
We are hoping to fill the spot ASAP as one of our roommates is moving out.
