Beautiful unit right on the beach with a view to die for. Clean, quiet but very close to restaurants, clubs and shopping centers. A place for someone who knows the difference between the house & home. I’m a 35 years young single professional lady looking forward to rent my spare room to someone who is kind, happy, clean, tidy & respectful. Professional Female or International Female Uni students are welcome. Room is very large and sunny, you have your own bathroom, is fully furnished but if you have your own bedroom suit I can take the furniture out. We have a secure car park but bus stop is right at the door if you don’t have a car. Electricity is to be shared equally but the building is under bulk buy so it’s very cheap here.
