Due to leaving surfers my room is now up for rent. i have lived in this unit for 2 years. you will be living with 2 females aged 21 and 20 both working. unit is on 3rd floor 3 bedroom. share bathroom with 1 other as master has on suite. it has seperte shower and bath. unit is open plan and furnished. all white ware included. unit has awesome views from private balcony and a pool and spa maintained daily.lift access. off street parking. 2 min walk to surfers but very quiet area. 60sec walk to public transport. 3 min walk to beach. unit very tidy with tiled floors all bedrooms are carpeted. very large kitchen dishwasher microwave etc..first to view will want as area very sort after and close to everything.
