Hi im a full time student at Griffith Uni and my flat mate at the moment is about to move out so I am looking for another one. The place is right in Budds beach and a 5 mins stroll away from the heart of Surfers Paradise. Its a fairly safe suburb as well.I am hardly at the flat because i work on weekends and during the week most of my time is spent at uni. Fairly easy going and laid back gal place is fully furnished too.:)
