If youre looking for a place to call home for a while this is it. The apartment is located between Surfers and Broadbeach and it takes you around 15 minutes to walk either way. More importantly it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a park with training facilities along the way which makes it very convenient for a complete workout. If spending the day shopping is more your cup of tea the Pacific Fair is only a short bus ride away. There is nowhere it is not easy to get from here. Buses to Nerang Helensvale Griffith Uni Sea World Tweed Heads and Southport just to mention a few stops right up the street.If you like what you see and decide to apply for this room you will be living with Nick which is one of the most awesome roommates I have ever had the pleasure of living with. He is 27 years old from Canada. He runs his own MC and car rental service and is a very well connected guy. Other than that he is very social and easy going.Electricity and internet is unfortunately not included in the rent. However the electricity will cost you around 130$ for 6 months which isnt bad at all. Currently we have a 20mbit premium adsl2+ from TPG with 200gb (no on/off peak and 4mbit shaped speed).
