Room to rent in Broadbeach/Surfers area in holiday unit complex. Room is of average size and comes with queen sized bed and linen which can be removed upon request. Apartment is cleaned fortnightly which is included in weekly rent along with wireless internet. Bathroom is for your own use though laundry facilities are also located inside it. Apartment is located very close (walking distance) to the beach and public transport. There is also a pool and spa in the complex and it is security gated. We are a young engaged couple who are fun active and quiet during the week but sometimes like a drink on the weekend.
