HI!this 2 storey house is located within mins to cavil ave and bus stops. Currently there is one double room available a queen sized bed shelves table and chairs in the room. Pretty neat tidy and decent! not going to say its a new house but there is a washer Tv dinner table sofa in the house.. Its pretty nice just for 2 person…The rent is 165/week including electricity but no internet. I am actually helping my landlord to get someone in currently there is just me in the house I am easy going and pretty socialable.. I willbe in school most of the days in the week.. I do like to social and make friends have drinks with a few friends once a while but i am not any party animal so I wont be bringing home any crazy parties..I am doing international Business degree in Griffith university and this place is easily accesible to school via 707/709 to school. Its near to the beach and shops and night scenes.. so if you are interested let me know!!cheersMichelle
