We are looking for someone who can take over our lease on our apartment on the 19th of April in central Surfers Paradise. Because of visa problems we have to leave the country earlier than we planed. The apartment is furnished. Its one bedroom bathroom with laundry and dryer and all of the utilities are included. The apartment is ‘made for’ two people but we are living three here at the moment and that works perfectly fine. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. It is three minutes walk from the bus station and seven minutes walk to the beach. The apartment complex has a pool and a parking place is included in the rent.
