I have a great room in the centre of surfers paradise on orchid avenue a street away from the beach. Guy and girl already live here and our third housemate is moving out. Would prefer females only so either 1 or 2 have a great pool in the complex and is lovely to live here. Rent is for two people $260 for both. For 1 person $180, all bills including also setting up broadband this week and will be unlimited internet usage
