(same street as billys beach house).this place is perfect for uni students or travellers that use public transport as it unfortunately does not include a parking spot.The room has brand new carpet Built in robe and an amazing view of the beach.The apartment is a renovated modern style with a 180 degree angle of the ocean.The rent is $165 per week. does not include electricity so will be expected to contribute to the bill when it comes around. I am only 19 so i would prefer someone around my age because I like to be social on weekends.
