Looking for someone to move in by end of start of june. Apartment is on the river in surfers (on Gold Coast Hwy) bus stop right out front, one block back from the beach, 10min walk to surfers, 15min to broadbeach.

Apartment is a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Bedroom is unfurnished. Looking for someone at least til Nov this year. Will need to sign lease and pay bond.

Room is average sized with lots of cupboard space, own bathroom right next door. Whole aprtment is newly renovated with new appliances. Pool out back and jetty onto the river, ground floor apartment that opens up to a decent size balcony which has stairs straight to the pool. great views up the river. you will also have sole use of the underground secure carpark as I dont have a car.

You will be living with 26yr old aussie female, non smoker. I am very easy going, study fulltime and work part time. Looking for someone who is easy to live with, works fulltime pref. and isn’t a raging party animal. Don’t mind friends over, and I dont have strict rules, just like to live in a clean house!!
