Looking for some one to rent a room in 2 bedroom apartment. 12 min walk to Surfers 15 min walk to B.Beach 5 min walk to Beach. Bus stop at the end of the street on the G.C Hwy.I am easy going working full time spend most of my time off at the beach at the pub with friends or at home. Preferably looking for someone who is tidy working reliable and fun to have around in a home where they wanna be friends with their flatmates not just strangers sharing a house (sociable) someone mid twenties to thirtys considerate responsible minded but doesnt mind going out for the odd drink. Rent is $160 a week plus power which is probably around $150 quarterly.
