My appartment is on Level 9 with an Ocean View and is well designed. When you walk in on the left is one bedroom with walk in wardroobe and your own separate bathroom . In the middle is a kitchen and living area and in the far right connor is second bedroom with own bathroom. So if you like to keep to yourself its not a problem! The apartment is fully furnished.
There is no undercover parkplace, but there are always parking spaces in the front of the building or you can rent one too!
Electricity is extra $50 per month. I have a cat, probably the best cat ever! I am 34 years old and a very calm positive person:)
The facilities are probably the best on the gold coast.
I am also going on holidays from 27 July 2013 till 18 August 2013 and looking to rent my furnished bedroom out in that time.
