Hi! I’m 26 years old and am looking for a flatmate (preferably around my age: 21-30). The place is a 2 bedroom “cottage-style” unit with 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms have hardwood polished floors and the location of the complex is walking distance to Australia Fair (15 minutes) and close to the Smith St busline (1 minute) for any uni students. The place is also situated 2 blocks away from the Broadwater which is a great place to walk/run/relax/dine out. There is one car park and plenty of off-street parking so I don’t mind taking turns using the car park if you have a vehicle. Rent is 150.00 per week (does not include utilities) and bond is 2x weeks rent. A bit about me: I work fulltime during the week. After a long day at work I love nothing more than kicking back with a book, tv or the gym and am looking for other positive, friendly, easy-going people. I take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home and am looking to live with people that share these values.
