hi there i have 1 room for rent on the 20th floor of the nexus towers nth building it has great views of the ocean and broadwater with large balcony to relax on. the room has a queen size bed and big built in wardrobe own bathroom with large shower and lots of storage also. close to australia fair tafe griffith uni numourous langauge colleges browns and shafston the building has a pool spa sauna gym mini cinema and public transport is right out the front. im not sure who does the maths at easyroommate but 200 x 4 = 800 not 867????
