I have 1 room left to rent 5 mins walk to Gold Coast Hospital/ Griffith University DOH. . Only employed or people that can pay regularly need apply. $120 single or 90 shared. The other room is taken by a young girl studying at Griffith. I dont have internet to share regularly because I use my own mobile modem on my laptop. I have a phone line a contract just has to be made with bigpond or someone else. Can share an internet account. My VodaF contract is just about up and can change to accomodate a bundle pack. There is safe off street parking. I have a front and back entrance from Eugaree St to park cars.Household cleaning is shared and a must. I have a baby girl that occasionally comes here and need to have a clean house at all times. There is a dishwasher washing machine and clothes drier so basic cleaning is easy to maintain. No smoking allowed by owner of premises drinking again because of the baby (now a 2yr old girl damn shell be a young woman next :)) no drUnking in the house either :). Only normal moderate drinking allowed. If you dont know how to drink I dont want you here. Am easygoing friendly enough the notes mentioned are the only ones that really matter otherwise all come and go as they please. Owner says no pets.
