Hi Im a 25yr old female. I live in Southport in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The room I have available is fully furnished and you would pretty much have the main bathroom (shared with laundry) to yourself as my room has an ensuite. The room has a queen bed and all the necessary furnishings. Car park may be availableThe apartment has a nice balcony off the living room and a roof top balcony so its a pretty good place to relax. The building has an outdoor pool and spa as well. I work in Southport Monday to Friday and I am on call for my job every two weeks so Im not big drinker or much of a go out and party type… would rather have a BBQ and a couple of quiet drinks at home. The rent would include Wifi (I have 200G ADSL2) and power.Any questions just let me know.
