I am renting out my spare room, you would have your own bathroom. There is wi-fi available in the building and I have austar, tennis court, swimming pool, heated spa, gym with all new equipment and sauna. smoker ok. mostly outside. At the moment I’m renting out the carpark underneath, but there is street parking. I would perfer no couples thank you.
