About the Apartment:
The apartment is a brand new apartment on the 27th floor of Tower 3 in Southport Central. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There is also a balcony with gorgeous views of Surfer’s Paradise, ocean, broadwater, and hinterland. The main areas of the house are furnished with brand new/near new furniture. The apartment has ducted air conditioning.
About the bedroom:
The bedroom is a 3.2m x 3m, carpeted, massive wardrobe with 3 large mirrored sliding doors, one wall of the bedroom is completely glass so you have views of Surfers as well, and there is also a glass sliding door which allows awesome breezes to come through. The room is already fully equipped with roll-down blinds. You have your own bathroom which has a shower and bathtub. The bedroom also has ducted air-conditioning.
About the complex:
There are 3 towers in the complex, the apartment is the newest of the 3. The complex has awesome facilities including 3 large pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor – long enough to swim laps), 2 large heated spas (1 outdoor, 1 indoor), plenty of BBQ’s and outdoor seating, 2 gyms, 1 pool table, fountains, pretty lights etc. There is also 3 elevators. Ground floor takes you out into The Lane , and Southport CBD. Please note that the room for rent does NOT include a car park in the residential basement parking. The residential managers did tell me that around February, there should start to become car spaces available for rent (approx. $20-30/week), however this is not guaranteed. There is a parking lot across the road, and free parking on the street outside of business hours. The complex does have a very big bicycle lock up storage on Basement Level 1, and there is also 24/7 security on basement level 1. Visitors are free to park for 3 hours per day in the basement.
About the area:
The Lane has restaurants, some shops, banks etc, there is Australia Fair and plenty of other shops across the road from the towers, and a community centre and the Southport public library across the road on the other sides. Main bus stops are also downstairs. The complex has the new light rail which is due to open in 2014 directly in front of the towers. 5 minute drive to Surfer’s Paradise and beach, short walk to the broadwater, and 10 minute drive to Griffith University and the new GC University Hospital.
Who I’m looking for:
Preferably a sociable male either working or studying or both, easy to get along with, doesn’t mind to come home and have a chat about random crap over a beer. Must be reasonably tidy, and can do own grocery shopping and make own meals 
(I’m not your mum ;p ).
