Shared bedroom to rent on 31st floor of a beautiful building with an incredible view of Surfers paradise, the hinderland (gold coast national park) and the beach! Huge, very spacious, fully furnished apartment in Southport across the street from Australia Fair. Great public transport routes. Large living room and open plan kitchen area with all glass windows (so you can see the view all day!) and a large balcony.
Includes full access to: Two gyms, three swimming pools (one indoor, two outdoor and heated!), a sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room! All of these are in our building and in an amazing outdoor area with BBQ’s and sunbathing areas.
You will be living with two boys and one girl, one Aussie and two from England and sharing a room Sam (m) from England. There are two bathrooms so you will only share the bathroom (bath and shower) with on person.

Wanted: someone clean and tidy, working, friendly and nice (very important!), we like having fun and your welcome to have people over!
Rent 175 a week, bills included. Minimum stay one month, no maximum! Smokers welcome (on the balcony but not inside)!
