Looking for someone who doesnt care to share the room with Japanese guy (me).Someone who is easy going and not too fussy.Most important things is you are who can share new experience.Im coming Australia with kind of temporary visa and will leave on April 7th.I have been leasing the house and rent the rooms to someone for a year.Getting bored and looking for something new.So if you look for sometihng new and want to have something unique experience.Its basically an old type house and handy size. Can park your car in front of the house on the road.Room is in the back and need to get out from the house once have some space to share(but not that much).So that you must be someone who can work out the situation and can have fun with it.It sounds fishy but just I need something new and I personally think it could be reasonably cheap.5 min drive or bus to Australia Fair and Griffith Uni.bus 707 709 13 5 …etc 10 min drive or 20 min bus to surfers paradise.Not close to woolworth or other supermarket but there are some convenience store within 8 min walk and gas station for 5 min walk. 4bedrooms(plus 1 temporary) 1 shower(no bathtub) toilet but tolet and shower is separeted.42inch TV sofa washing machine with dryer frige microwave toaster kettle….Backyard and patio.
