I am working full time Have lived here for 10 years.Nice complex with big pool tennis BBQ. Room has single bed but you can bring your own if you want. Shared bathroom with seperate shower and bath. Has a private back yard. You can smoke but only outside.shift worker ok. I am neat and clean and expect the same. I wont pick up after you. I dont have visitors come over very often so the place is pretty quiet all the time. There is a single car garage if you need for car or storage. Feel free to contact me to organise viewing
