Hello! Im just moving into a townhouse in Southport and am looking to fill 2 of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have high ceilings and would fit a queen size bed and both have built in wardrobes. The occupants would share a bathroom and there is a second toilet downstairs near the laundry room. One of the bedrooms adjoins a small balcony. There is offstreet parking available for one car as well as unrestricted onstreet parking. The townhouse is within easy walking distance of the Southport Hospitals as well as Australia fair shopping centre. Rent is $150 per week (not including utilities and internet) plus 4 weeks bond. I would also prefer someone who is looking to stay for at least 6 months. Cheers!
