Two rooms are available. One is slightly bigger than the other. Both are fully furnished the bigger room is $165 per week including bills ($15 a week) and the smaller one is $145 including bills. Looking for easy going females both non-smokers quiet clean and friendly. Townhouse is in a gated complex however parking is only available outside the complex.
