Hey everyone my name is Michelle. I have 2 fully furnished (with nice things not crappy furniture) rooms for rent in Runaway Bay right near Harbour Town. Rent is $130 and $150 (one room is larger than the other) and includes all bills (water electricity). I also buy the products like toilet paper cleaning stuff and laundry powder so once you take all that off the rent it comes down to about $100 and $120 a week which is very cheap for the gold coast! I am looking for someone who is a mild clean freak friendly energy conscious respectful and has common sense. My last roommates were a disaster! Oh and if you are a guy I would like to hear from you as well as long as you fit the bill and are interested in the room not picking up.I am a very accommodating person who is very friendly and likes to get to know my roommates but like everyone else who works like my private time at home too. I love coming home to a nice clean house so please please please i need someone who knows how to put things back where they belong and not scattered everywhere I have no problems with friends and family coming to visit so long as it is only a couple of days and not a 5 week visit.I have a beautiful cat so please do not message me if an allergy to her is involved :)Other than that I am pretty easy going.
