Looking to share my 3 brm place with a clean and tidy person $170 per week for the master beroom with walk through wardrobe to your own bathroom in modern town house. Fully furnished in communal areas and a spare bed available if needed. Were in a gated complex with a pool and small gym. Nice private back garden and off-road (but not undercover parking). Harbour Town and Runaway Bay shops within 5 minutes drive. 5 minute drive to Helensvale Station. 5 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride to Griffith University. bus-stops out front. I am clean and tidy but dont cook much I often work from home doing hairdressing and massage therapy.
