This complex is only 4 years old there are only 3 penthouse style apartments all with water views and direct access the pool has a bar b que area and marina for a boat only 100m to the bus stop and 10min walk to runaway bay shopping centre. Sorry no smokers and must be very clean and tidy as the general cleaning will be shared beds need to be made daily and bedrooms also need to be tidy. This is really a lifestyle not just a room. Require a clean professional person.
