Hey! I am looking for a THIRD person to fill my 3 bedroom townhouse in the Varisty Shores complex near Bond University.

The Varisty Shores complex has 2 pools, spa, sauna, bbq area, gym, visitor parking and is gated within walking distance of bond university.

We are looking for someone within the age ranges of 18-30. As we are in our early twenties. Please no couples. Must be a clean person in the kitchen/bathroom and common areas of the house.

Bond is $580 non negotiable.

You are able to move in as of the 5th of March and 2 weeks rent will be required upon moving in.
