Room for rent at Varsity Shores in Robina – only 5 minutes walk to Bond. Room is situated on the upper level of the villa with shared bathroom and comes fully furnished (desk and double bed).

The villa has 3 levels with a view of Lake Orr from each level. Spacious kitchen, lounge and living area with balcony on the main level as well as a powder room.

Fast Broadband internet available with wireless access. Rent is $175 per week and rental bond is $610, which is refunded to you when you leave. The cost of internet and electricity is shared equally between all housemates.

Varsity Shores has two pools, spa, sauna, gym and a BBQ area. It’s about 5 minutes walk to Bond uni, 5 minutes drive to the beach, 10 minutes drive to Robina, 10 minutes drive to Broadbeach and 15 minutes drive to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop is just across the road and Brisbane is only 1 hour by train from Robina station.

We also have another room available on the lower level for $175 per week with a separate lounge room and backyard right on the lake.
