My name is Lorin and I live in this warm and well kept home with two other house mates. We are looking for another house mate from the 14 Dec to join us.

The room avialable has two big glass doors opening to a balcony, the bedroom has a double bed, desk, side table and built-in cupboard. Your bathroom would be shared with one other female housemate. Currently we are all girls and okay with a male or female housemate,

We are all young adults, two of us studying and the other is working.

Our home is located very close to Bond uni and the bus stop is straight out the front of our complex. The complex also has a pool, BBQ area for big gatherings, a lap pool, sauna and small gym. We have friendly neighbours so its a safe and nice neighbourhood to be in.

If you have a small dog or cat that should be fine to bring too ! We would love that
