The house is within 3 minutes WALK from Bond University 5 minutes WALK to the centre of varsity. It is also really convenient to catch public transport. If you own a car there are parking spaces on the driveway (if there are spaces) or outside on the street. The room is equipped with a single bed wardrobe study table chair and ceiling fan.
