We only recently moved into this quiet complex we are looking for someone reliable and respectful to share with. Rent is $165.00 a week the complex has a pool is less then 2 km to Bond University and 500m to Robina Train station with Gold COast bus service at the front of the complex and 1km to Robina Town Centre. Unfortunatley pets are not allowed. Foxtel platinum package is included. Extra $30.00 a month to have it in your room. No internet is connected yet as we have only just moved in but hope to have everything up and running by mid-feb. Both myself and Stephanie practice martials arts and compete reguarly both in Australia and overseas so are away roughly 1 month a year.
