Hi there I have a room available for rent in a awesome new, never lived in town house. Great central location opposite the Robina shopping centre, 10min walk, 5mins to the highway. **please note I have a cat so must be able to live with him too**

About the room:
large carpeted 2nd bedroom with own private ensuite complete with a bath. Built-in mirrored robe, ceiling fan and plenty of windows (with blinds). Comes unfurnished so must have own bedroom furniture.

About the unit:
I have bought new furniture for lounge, dining (coming soon) and outdoor, the kitchen is fully decked out with all new fridge, microwave, nespresso, dishwasher and all kitchen equipment, glass ware and more. There is also a small study/ 2nd lounge area upstairs in between bedrooms, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Only one garage unfortunately, so only parking available is off street in the complex (uncovered)

About me:
I’m 29, a graphic designer who’s just relocated down here from Brisbane for a new job. I’m a happy easy going person, love a good laugh. I keep to myself, I’m very respectful, positive and friendly. I don’t really go out much these days prefer a good meal or a few wines at home.
My cats name is Tzar (Russian Emperor- and boy does he think he rules the house lol) he is a friendly, big ginger short haired cat. He is very well trained (can sit on command) and well house trained.

Absolute musts:
-Must be: able to co-sign a 12 mth lease and pay half the bond (which your name will then be added to the bond)
-Must: pass approval of realestate checks as you will be co-signing the lease
-Must: be employed
-MUST: pay rent on time every Friday
-Must: pay share of electricity and water bills, I have wireless Internet which we could share also if needed (prepaid)
-Must: share in any house hold costs (shared cleaning things etc) and general cleaning of communal areas

What I’m looking for:
I would prefer to have a housemate who is of similar age, who has a happy positive outlook on life. Someone friendly and also respectful of others property. I’m pretty easy to get along with and would hope the same of my housemate. Happy for friends or partners to come round but ideally not for more than 4 nights in a row, I don’t think that’s fair and wouldn’t do that myself. Also a housemate who would occasionally be happy to feed my cat and give him a bit of attention if I’m away for the night (rarely would happen and never more than one night).
