Hey guys! I currently have two rooms available for rent. Main bedroom for 130 a week has own ensuite and private deck. big room. For a couple its 180. Then have a double room for 120 a week. This includes electricity. The house is in a private street. Nice and quiet duplex. The rooms arnt furnished but i do have a spare double bed if anyone needs it plus drawers and odd bits of furniture. I am a very laid back person currently studying at Tafe. Its an easy and convinent place to live. Right across the road from Robina village shops with a bus stop 100 meters away. Great for uni students at bond. I have a cat so no dogs are allowed. looking for someone who needs a place for short term
