VARSITY SHORES – ROOM FOR RENT Room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and desk as well as built in wardrobe. The rest of the house is also fully furnished. Bathroom is shared with one other person and you get your own balcony! We have a double lock up garage, small garden and there are two pools and a gym available for use within the complex. Rent is 152.50 a week. Unlimited wireless internet is provided at $15.70 a week. You will have the possibility of entering into a short or long term lease. The other three housemates are female, 19-21 y/o Bond University students who are friendly and like to have a good time. We prefer someone who is clean, respectful of others and reliable but also likes to chat and have a good time.
