My names Justin and I currently have TWO ROOMS available in the Robina/Merrimac area.Im looking for two clean and tidy housemates (preferably females) to share my renovated townhouse with myself and one other housemate. I live in a small complex with parking a tennis court and swimming pool. 4mins drive from robina town centre the train station and skilled park stadium. Bond and Griffith uni are also really close. Bus stop out the front.Rent will be $135 a week for each room which includes unlimited wireless Internet access. We divide power by the number of occupants every 3 months.I would ideally like someone who is currently studying/employed full/part time who is willing to help out and do their share of cleaning etc.
