I want a tidy non-smoker who will respect my property and values. Someone who is easy going but must be tidy and clean. Someone who can have a chat and who will feel at home and will in return not make me feel uncomfortable in my home. Some who works/student who can pay their rent on time. The townhouse is a very clean nice complex.
